WordPress Call to Action: Tit for Tat

Whether you’re in the process of designing your WordPress website, or just launched a new site to better showcase your expertise…

How will you convert visitors into clients?

You need a call to action, or a few to meet the various needs and wants of your potential clients.

One effective way to generate leads and develop relationships is by offering something of value on your site. But let’s not give away the cow.

Instead…make it a “tit for tat” strategy.

  1. Provide a resource like a relocation guide, or other original informative white paper .
  2. Make it available with a call out image on your home page, as well as dedicate a landing page to the value-add resource.
  3. Ask for name and email in exchange for the resource.
  4. But don’t stop there. Create an email campaign to offer additional resources that match the topic of your white paper.
  5. Use an autoresponder to drip out the additional informative emails after the recipient has downloaded your resource.
